Before you can take your first order, your account needs to be verified. You’ll upload your documents through the Documents Verification section of the app.

What You Need to Upload

The Identity Document is the alternate path for a courier without a driver’s licence — for example, someone delivering by bike or on foot. It accepts one of several kinds: a work permit, SIN document, PR card, passport, study permit, provincial photo ID, or another government-issued ID. You only need to submit one, whichever applies to you — you don’t need both a licence and an identity document.

How to Upload

  1. Open the app and navigate to Driver Profile → Documents.
  2. You’ll see a separate upload section for each document that applies to you.
  3. Tap Attach File in each section and follow the on-screen prompts.
  4. Once everything required is uploaded, tap Save & Finish.
Your documents are reviewed within 24–48 hours. You’ll get a notification once your account is verified and ready to take orders.
Not ready to finish? Tap Finish Later at any time — your progress is saved automatically and you can return whenever you’re ready.

Document Upload Tips

  • Make sure photos are clear and well-lit — blurry or dark images will delay your review.
  • All edges of the document should be fully visible in the photo.
  • Insurance documents must be current and not expired.
  • If a document is rejected, you’ll be notified and can re-upload from the same screen.

How “Verified” Is Decided

Your account only counts as fully verified once every document you’ve submitted has been approved — a single declined document keeps your account unverified, even if the rest passed. You don’t need to submit a document you don’t have (like the licence, if you’re on foot or by bike and submitted an Identity Document instead) — only what you’ve actually uploaded is counted.

After Verification

Once approved, your driver profile is unlocked and you can:
  • Set up your vehicle profile
  • Schedule shifts
  • Go online and start accepting delivery requests
