Once you’ve completed all five pages of the onboarding wizard and submitted your ID documents, Local Pass displays a confirmation screen to let you know your account has been successfully created.

What This Screen Means

The Account created! screen with the celebration icon confirms that:
  • Your driver profile has been saved
  • Your phone number is linked to your account
  • Your chosen driver type and delivery preferences have been recorded
  • Your submitted documents are in the review queue
This is not the same as being fully approved. You will not be able to go on shift and receive live orders until a Local Pass team member reviews your uploaded documents and marks your account as verified.

What to Do Next

1

Tap Complete

Tap the Complete button to leave the confirmation screen and enter your Driver Profile. This is your home base inside the app.
2

Wait for document approval

Document reviews typically take 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a push notification and email when your account is approved. Until then, the dispatch system will not send orders to you.
3

Explore your profile while you wait

While you’re waiting for approval, you can explore the app — check your wallet balance (your $50 welcome credit is already there), review your profile details, and familiarise yourself with the navigation and demand map features.
The $50 welcome credit is added to your in-app wallet automatically when your account is created. It will be there waiting for you when you tap through to your Driver Profile.

Frequently Asked Questions

Local Pass sends a push notification to your phone and an email to the address you entered during onboarding. Make sure your notification permissions are enabled so you don’t miss the alert. You can also check your Driver Profile — your verification status is shown there.
If a document doesn’t meet requirements (blurry image, expired document, wrong document type), you’ll receive a notification explaining what needs to be resubmitted. You can go to your profile settings to upload new documents. Common reasons for rejection include:
  • Image is too dark or blurry to read
  • The document is expired
  • The name on the document doesn’t match your registration details
No. Document verification is required before your account is activated for live dispatch. This protects both drivers and customers on the platform.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If the email isn’t there after a few minutes, confirm that the email address on your profile is correct. You can view and update it in your profile settings.
