Delivery shifts

The Shift Management screen lets you book delivery shifts in advance. Scheduling ahead of time helps Local Pass plan driver coverage and ensures you’re prioritized for incoming orders during your booked window.

How to Access

Go to Driver Profile → Shift Management, or tap the calendar icon if it appears on your driver mode screen.

Booking a Shift

1. Open the Shift Management screen.
2. Browse the calendar to find an available time slot.
3. Tap the slot you want to book and confirm.

Booking Rules

How far ahead you can book	Up to 14 days in advance
Minimum notice required	At least 4 hours before the shift starts

You cannot book a shift that starts in less than 4 hours. Plan ahead to secure the time slots you want.

Why Scheduling Matters

• Priority matching — Scheduled drivers are prioritized for requests during their booked window.
• Better coverage — Local Pass can route more orders to areas where drivers are confirmed to be available.
• Predictable income — Booking regular slots helps you build a consistent delivery schedule.

Managing Your Shifts

You can view your upcoming booked shifts on the Shift Management screen. If your plans change, refer to the shift management calendar to make adjustments before your shift begins.
