# Pickup

Go to **Fulfillment Settings → Pickup Settings** to control how customers collect orders in person.

## Enable or disable pickup

At the top of the page, toggle **Offering Pickups** on or off. Turning this off removes pickup as an option at checkout for all customers.

## Your default pickup location

Your default pickup location is the address customers are directed to when they choose pickup — usually your restaurant's main address. It's always shown as a card under **Active Locations**, even before you've filled anything in (it just reads "No address set" until you do).

Tap **Edit** on the card to set or update:

* **Location Name**
* **Address**
* **Pickup Instructions** (optional) — free text, e.g. "Park in the designated pickup bay and text us."
* **Operating Hours** — per-day open/close times, or mark a day **Closed**. Time options run from 4:00 AM to 3:00 AM the next day, in 60-minute increments.

  Pickup hours are stored separately from your delivery hours. A customer can be allowed to pick up on days you don't offer delivery.

## Multiple locations (agrifood/store only)

Restaurants are limited to a single pickup location. If you're not a restaurant, a **Multiple Locations** toggle appears — turn it on to reveal an **Add Location** button, letting you add and manage additional pickup addresses beyond your default one, each with its own hours and instructions.

## Saving changes

Tap **Save Settings** at the top of the page for the **Offering Pickups** and **Multiple Locations** toggles. Location details (name, address, instructions, hours) save separately — tap **Save Location** inside that location's edit window.
