# General

  **This isn't a separate settings page** — Service Areas is a section at the bottom of the main **Fulfillment Settings** screen, right below the Delivery/Pickup/Driver Fleet cards. There's nothing else to configure under "General" beyond what's described here.

## Service Areas

Service locations determine where customers can discover and order from your restaurant. If your restaurant isn't assigned to a region, customers browsing that region won't see you.

Local Pass currently operates in six Vancouver Island regions: **Victoria, Nanaimo, Duncan, Courtenay, Campbell River,** and **Port Alberni.**

### Setting your service locations

1. Scroll to **Service Areas** on the Fulfillment Settings screen
2. Open the **region dropdown** and pick one
3. Tap **+** to add it — it appears as a chip below
4. Repeat for every region you serve
5. Tap **Save Changes** at the top of the page

  You must tap Save Changes for the changes to take effect — adding a chip alone doesn't save it.

### Changing your service locations

Tap the **X** on a region's chip to remove it, then tap **Save Changes**. Only regions you haven't already added appear in the dropdown.

<Warning>
  Removing a service location means customers in that region will no longer find your restaurant. Only change this if you've intentionally stopped serving that area.
