# Driver fleet

<Note>
  **This currently lives in the Local Pass Business mobile app.** The web dashboard has fulfillment settings for delivery, pickup, and shipping, but its "Driver Fleet" and "Manage Drivers" links don't open a working page yet — use the mobile app for everything below in the meantime.

**Where to find it:** Main Navigation → Drivers (mobile app)

The Driver Fleet table gives you a live overview of all drivers registered to your fleet. You can see who is available, who is on a delivery, how each driver is performing, and invite new drivers to join.

## Quick Stats

Four summary cards at the top of the page show your fleet at a glance:

| Card              | What it shows                                  |
| ----------------- | ---------------------------------------------- |
| **Total Drivers** | All drivers registered to your fleet           |
| **Available**     | Drivers currently online and not on a delivery |
| **On Delivery**   | Drivers actively completing a delivery         |
| **Offline**       | Drivers not currently on shift                 |

## Searching and Filtering

**Search bar:** Type a driver's first name, last name, or driver ID number to find them quickly.

**Status filters:**

| Filter  | Shows                           |
| ------- | ------------------------------- |
| All     | Every driver in your fleet      |
| Online  | Drivers on shift and available  |
| Busy    | Drivers currently on a delivery |
| Offline | Drivers not on shift            |

**Vehicle filters:**

| Filter  | Shows              |
| ------- | ------------------ |
| All     | Every vehicle type |
| Vehicle | Car or van drivers |
| Bike    | Bicycle couriers   |
| Foot    | Walking couriers   |

## Sorting

Use the **Sort** dropdown to organise your driver list by:

* **Name** — Alphabetical
* **Status** — Groups available, busy, and offline drivers
* **Quality** — Acceptance rate (highest to lowest)
* **Distance** — Total kilometres delivered
* **Rating** — Average customer rating

Use the **↑ / ↓ arrow button** to switch between ascending and descending order.

## Driver Cards (Mobile) and Rows (Desktop)

Each driver in the list shows:

| Field             | Description                                               |
| ----------------- | --------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Profile photo** | Driver's profile picture or their initial if no photo     |
| **Name**          | First and last name                                       |
| **Driver ID**     | Their unique fleet number                                 |
| **Phone**         | Contact number (desktop view)                             |
| **Vehicle**       | Make and model of their vehicle                           |
| **Status badge**  | AVAILABLE (green) / ON DELIVERY (red) / OFFLINE (grey)    |
| **Quality %**     | Acceptance rate — green 90%+, amber 75–89%, red below 75% |
| **Distance**      | Total distance delivered (km)                             |
| **Rating**        | Average customer star rating                              |

## Driver Details

Tap any driver card or row to open the **Driver Details** panel. This shows:

* Full contact information (name, phone, email)
* Driver ID number
* Vehicle details: make, model, year, plate number
* Performance stats:
  * Quality (acceptance rate)
  * Overall rating
  * Total distance delivered
  * Current wallet balance (earnings)

## Inviting New Drivers

Tap the **Invite** button in the top-right corner to open the invitation panel.

### Option 1 — Share the Registration Code

A unique registration code is shown at the top of the invite panel. Copy it by tapping the **copy icon** and share it with your driver via text or email. They enter this code when signing up on the Local Pass driver app to automatically join your fleet.

### Option 2 — Send SMS Invites

1. Enter one or more phone numbers in the text field — one number per line
2. Use standard Canadian format (e.g., 604-555-0100)
3. Tap **Send Invites**

The system will send each person an SMS containing your fleet registration code and a link to download the driver app. A confirmation message will show how many invites were sent successfully.

  You can send invites to multiple drivers at once by entering each phone number on a separate line.

## Refreshing the fleet list

Tap the **refresh icon** (dark button, top-right) to reload the latest driver data. Use this if you've just added a new driver and want to confirm they appear in the list.

## Tips for managing your fleet

* Monitor the **Quality %** column regularly — drivers below 75% may need coaching or review
* The **On Delivery** count in the stats cards tells you instantly how stretched your fleet is at any moment
* Use **vehicle filters** to find the right driver type for specific order sizes (e.g., bike couriers for small orders, vehicle drivers for bulk deliveries)
