# Search your dashboard

> Find any page in your dashboard, a help article or a page of the Food business guide from one search box.

The search box sits under the Local Pass logo in the sidebar. On a phone, tap the magnifier in the top bar.

You can also open it from anywhere with a keyboard shortcut:

* **⌘ K** on a Mac
* **Ctrl K** on Windows
* **/**

## What it finds

Type a word, like "payouts", "hours" or "menu". Results come in three groups:

* **Pages**: pages in your dashboard. You only see the pages your kind of business has.
* **Help articles**: articles from this help site.
* **Food business guide**: pages of the [Food business guide](https://localpass.ca/food-business-bc) on localpass.ca, such as permits, rule changes, food labels, commercial kitchens and farmers' markets. These open in a new tab.

Before you type, it shows **Recent** (pages you opened lately) and **Popular pages**.

Use the up and down arrow keys to move, **Enter** to open, and **Esc** to close.
