# Pack list

> What to pick and pack for a wholesale pickup or delivery day, with a packing slip for each customer.

The pack list adds up your wholesale orders for one day, so you know what to pick and how to pack each customer's order. Open **Wholesale → Pack list**, or **Pack list** on the **Order sheets** page.

## Pick a day

The strip at the top shows today, then the next days with orders. **Other day** picks any date, including past ones. One line says what the day holds.

The list counts orders you've confirmed and requests still waiting for you, so you can plan. It says how many are "not confirmed yet". Cancelled and declined orders are left out.

## Pick list

The day's totals by product, in each order's own units, coldest first:

| Group | Tip on the list |
| - | - |
| Frozen | Pick last, straight into the freezer box |
| Cold | Keep in the cooler until it goes |
| Fresh | Spoils quickly: keep out of the sun |
| Room temperature | |

## By account

Each customer's order, with its items, PO number and pickup or delivery.

* **Deliveries** run in the order the van gets there when the day has a planned route (**Route planned**). Otherwise they're by name. [Plan a route](https://localtechnologiesinc.mintlify.site/merchants/delivery-routes.md) to sort them by stop.
* **Pickups** come last.

Tick items as you pack them. The list counts "packed" as you go. Ticks stay in this browser only.

## Print

**Print** prints the pick list, then one packing slip per customer per page. Each slip has the order number, the PO number, a **Packed** column, and lines for **Received by (name and signature)** and **Date and time**. A slip for an order that isn't confirmed yet says "Not confirmed yet: check before it goes."
