# Order Sheet Creator

> Build a wholesale price sheet for B2B buyers and share it as a link or QR code.

The Order Sheet is a wholesale/B2B price sheet — a dense, reorder-friendly table for buyers who already know what they want, rather than a browsing experience. Local Pass puts it this way: *"Your wholesale order sheet, always current."* You curate exactly which products and prices show, then share it as a public link or QR code.

  There's no restaurant equivalent of the Order Sheet — this is an agrifood/store feature.

## Getting products onto your order sheet

Only products flagged **"Order Sheet"** in your inventory are candidates — see [Create or Edit Product](/create-product). You don't have to leave this page to add one, though: the **Content** tab has a **+ Quick add product** button that creates a new product inline.

Once a product is flagged, it stays live on the price sheet automatically — the sheet always reads the product's current name, price, and description at the moment someone views it. You never need to republish after a price change.

## Three tabs

### Brand

* **Logo** — upload a square logo (JPEG/PNG/WebP)
* **Business Name** — defaults to your store name; this also gates whether you can publish (see below)
* **Tagline** (optional) — a short line about your business
* **Display Options** — three independent toggles: **Show prices**, **Show descriptions**, **Show item photos**

### Content

Your products, grouped into sections. Drag items to reorder, and use the eye icon on each row to show or hide it without removing it entirely.

### Publish

* **Public \[Order Sheet]** — a toggle that makes the sheet live at a public URL. *"When live, anyone with the link can view your order sheet."* You can't turn this on until you've set a Business Name on the Brand tab.
* Once published, you get a **Public URL** (`localpass.ca/{your-store}/order-sheet`) with copy, open, and **QR code download** buttons — print the QR code for a physical location, or drop the link in an email to a buyer.
* **Availability windows** — optionally restrict when the sheet is live, e.g. only during a seasonal or market-day window. Set specific days of the week and times per window, and add as many windows as you need. Times are in **America/Vancouver**.

## Sharing and exporting

* **Export PDF** (top of the page) generates a printable version of your current order sheet.
* The **QR code** and **public link** are the two ways buyers reach the live page.

## Saving

There's no autosave — make your changes, then tap **Save**. If you navigate away with unsaved changes, your browser will warn you before you lose them.
