# Favourite vendors

The Favourite Vendors page shows all the restaurants and merchants you have saved to your favourites. It gives you quick access to the places you order from most often.

## Getting to Favourite Vendors

1. Tap the **Profile** icon in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Tap **Settings**.
3. Under the **Favourite Locations** section, tap **Favourite merchants**.

## What You Will See

Your saved vendors are displayed as cards. Each card shows:

* **Cover photo** — the vendor's banner image
* **Logo** — the vendor's logo displayed as a circular photo
* **Vendor name** — shown below the logo
* **Verified badge** — a green tick appears on the logo if the vendor holds certifications on Local Pass
* **Arrow button** — tap to open the vendor's store page

If you have not saved any vendors yet, the page will be empty.

## Visiting a Saved Vendor

To go to a vendor's store page:

1. Tap anywhere on the vendor card, or tap the arrow button on the right side.
2. You will be taken directly to that vendor's menu and store profile.

## How to Save a Vendor as a Favourite

Vendors are saved from their individual store pages, not from the Favourite Vendors page itself.

To save a vendor:

1. Open any restaurant or store on Local Pass.
2. Look for the **heart icon** or **favourite button** on the store profile page.
3. Tap it to add the vendor to your favourites.

The vendor will then appear on your Favourite Vendors page.

## Removing a Vendor from Favourites

To remove a vendor:

1. Open the vendor's store page from Local Pass.
2. Tap the **heart icon** again to un-save it.

The vendor will be removed from your Favourite Vendors list.

  You cannot remove a vendor directly from the Favourite Vendors page. You need to visit the vendor's store page to un-save them.

## Going Back

Tap the **back arrow** (←) in the top left corner to return to Settings.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**Why is my favourite vendor not showing on this page?** If you recently saved a vendor, try closing and reopening the Favourite Vendors page. If it still does not appear, check that you are signed in to the correct account.

**Can I reorder my favourite vendors?** At this time, vendors are listed in the order they were saved. Custom ordering is not available.

**What does the verified badge mean?** The verified badge means the vendor holds one or more certifications on the Local Pass platform, such as quality or health-related credentials.
