Uploading them publicly signals to customers that your business operates with transparency and accountability. Common examples include: * Organic certification * Food Safe certificate * Halal or Kosher certification * Farm inspection reports * Health authority permits *** ## Adding a certification 1. Type the **certificate name** in the text field (e.g., "Organic Certified", "Food Safe Level 1") 2. Choose your upload format: * **Upload PDF file** — for official scanned documents * **Upload media** — for photos taken of physical certificates 3. The uploaded file will preview on screen so you can confirm it looks right 4. Tap **Add** to save the certification to your store profile A success message will confirm the certificate was uploaded. *** ## Viewing your certifications All uploaded certifications are listed below the upload section. Each entry shows: * A **thumbnail** — image preview or a PDF icon for document files * The **certificate name** * A **type badge** showing whether it is an image (`img`) or a document (`pdf`) *** ## Removing a certification Tap the **delete icon** (trash bin) next to any certification to remove it. A confirmation dialog will appear before it is permanently deleted. *** ## Tips * Use **PDF uploads** for official documents issued by a certifying authority — these are the most credible * Use **media uploads** for photos of certificates, inspection sheets, or badges displayed at your store * Certificate names are visible to customers, so write them clearly (e.g., "BC Food Safe Certificate" rather than "cert1") Certifications are displayed publicly on your store profile. Only upload documents you are comfortable sharing with customers.
